General Accounting Plan

At Lee&Birch Sarah the store manager for Grand Rapids plans our weekly and monthly goals by using a spreadsheet on excel. We aim for $3,000 more on a monthly basis. If we are not meeting our weekly or monthly goals she figures out a way we can meet it before the month is over. If we are having a good week or month she pushes us to exceed our goal.
