Product Knowledge

Brand knowledge is something Lee&Birch strives for. Being a credible source on our products makes us a store that our customers can trust. My manager is known for being the jean expert. When customers come in they ask for her and she can tell them all about the jeans and how they will fit and if they will shrink or stretch out. I have taken it upon myself to familiarize myself with our brands and the way they fit and the care and maintenance. This has helped me become more credible when working with customers one on one. I found that if I know all about the product the customer is more likely to be satisfied by my answer and buy the product then if I was unsure or didn't no. 

We also carry brands that give back to the community so it's nice for our customers to know where their money is going and why a t-shirt is more expensive then usual.
